I applied in October 2023 and I received a letter that my claim is less complex and My lawyer has to submit my supporting documents for file review process.My lawyer said that there are 99% chances that my case will not be accepted without hearing so after the decision made I have to wait next 6 months for hearing.This is very disturbing.Can anyone tell me that how long it will take to

Impossible to say when you will get a hearing if you require one. Could be up to 2+ years from when you submitted your application. The system is extremely overwhelmed
