I have received a letter asking for documents but I did not understand the way he wanted to send the documents and this is the last text of the letter

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please respond using the address at the bottom of this letter and clearly indicate your file number for all correspondence you send to the High Commission of Canada, London, UK. If you do not respond to this request within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application. Sincerely, Migration Officer Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), London Immigration and Medical Services Division | Section des services d’immigration et des services médicaux High Commission of Canada | Haut-commissariat du Canada Canada House | La Maison du Canada Trafalgar Square London, UK SW1Y 5BJ www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca / www.Royaume-Uni.gc.ca 3/3

Please help with that. I don’t know whether I can send it via a form or should it be sent by regular mail

In order to help you, share what the officer asks you in the letter because with this you shared it is impossible to know.

Send recent proofs of contact with your partner, chats history, call logs, screenshots of video calls, proof of financial support. Every thing you think will help the officer see that your relationship is genuine.

If the address of your VO appears in the letter. In the envelope where you include everything you are going to send you must write address and your application number and if you also want your last name.

What is confusing? It very clearly states to send everything to the High Comission address at the bottom of the letter.
