I need to send a copy of my marriage certificate to the London Visa Office in relation to my spousal permanent resident application. Is this where I send it to:

I didn't send it as I wasnt aware it was required. We were married in Ontario and I sent in the marriage certificate we were given on the day, plus the record of solomization. I only know they require this as I received my GCMS notes back. The worst thing is the note on my file is from January and they have never contacted me to ask for this . I Hope it's not too late, I want to cry!

Same thing with me,if i hadn't ordered my notes i wouldn't have known that they had lost both divorce certificate and birth certificate .I had my MP fax them over for me. Do you have the long form or short form marriage certificate?

Long form which I hope to god isn't going to be an issue as it states marriage license at the top and then has a confirmation of marriage section at the bottom.

Make a note on it.I sent the long form and it was fine, but some , members had trouble with it and it was requested it again ,so they sent the short form ..

I didn't have the short form so just ordered a copy there. God I just want an end to this

They moved and this is the address I had to send additional documents to a couple months ago:

Posted my long form marriage cert on Saturday by special delivery to Canada House, so they should receive on Monday. Also emailed them a copy of it! On a good note they have started criminality and there is a big paragraph about the genuiness or our relationship on the notes. I'm going to wait and reorder notes in maybe 2-3 weeks time to see if they have got any further. Just upsetting as unless I hear from them in the meantime, I won't get an update until my notes come back mid May.
