Hi, I am a masters student in Canada. I want to get married in few months but she is in her home country. We are both foreigners. If we got married in our home country, and we are both willing to continue our lives in Canada, can I spouse her? Shouldn't we wait for at least one year after marriage to apply for spousal work permit in order to show that it is a legit marriage and there is no fraud?
Another question, she has 4 years work experience, a masters degree, and excellent English skills, is it better for her not to apply for spousal work permit and apply for express entry instead?
Please share with me all options that we can do! Thank you so much.

I think they told you to post here because you asked the wrong question.
You should be asking how to get a work permit for your spouse as an international student. Then the next step would be how to apply to immigrate to Canada after you graduated including your spouse in the application.... Nothing related to "family sponsorship" in your current situation.
Applicant's docs (spouse):
Passport
Highest education degree
Marriage Certificate
Marriage Picture (For assuring marriage was genuine)
Experience Letter from current employer (If working somewhere or your home country)
Medical Examination
Your documents as sponsor:
Passport
Study Permit
College offer letter
College id card(To prove that are successfully enrolled and studying full time)
Family info Form (Can download from CIC website)
