I sent my application to CIC today and just realized that I forgot to write the family names in Native language in form IMM5406 for both applicant and co-applicant. Did anybody had any issues similar to me ?I am just worried as my AINP certificate expires on Monday.
Please suggest something , any help will be really appreciated.
That is not what happened to me. They sent my application back because of a mistake like yours and now I have to wait and hope AINP sends me an extension of provincial nominee.
Hope you have better luck or maybe a more lenient officer.
Happydwarf, Now I am just worried too cause I have sent the same $ 550 USD. The CIC -Buffalo website indiactes this amout. How can they reject it ? Is your AINP Nomination is till valid ?
Do any of you have any updates on what happens in the situations when Buffalo returns your whole packet and asks you to get extension of Ainp approval before re-submitting?
In my case, they just returned my whole packed because I didnt mention Not Applicable on Affiliations/Memberships.
I am feeling extremely low at this point Any suggestion/ advice would be appreciated....
