I need to apply for student visa.

I have DMC (detailed marks sheet) of each semester of bachelor's an Masters. And final degree.

Can I apply for visa with this only or do I need transcripts.

As I got offer letter by applying with c md degree?

And in how much time Panjab university will give transcripts any idea?
