Help with updating address

Since submitting an outland application for my spouse (I am Canadian), we have moved to Canada. On the imm1344e document I listed my mailing address as Canada but my residential address as Taiwan.

Two questions:

1) Do I need to notify the IRCC of my address change?

2) Can I update my address by logging into my account with the IRCC?

Some additional information: We just received a letter from the IRCC requesting info for a virtual landing. My spouse is on a visitor visa at the moment.

You can send a web form to the visa office. I believe there's even a specific option on the web form for changing the address

I'd suggest updating address for good order but clearly they had the applicant as being in Canada already (hence the virtual landing). So not critical, but still - it should only take a few minutes.
