Help with supplementary information your travels (imm 5562) form.

Hello,

When you download the supplementary information your travels (imm 5562E) form it indicated that any data typed will not be saved into the form and if you'd like a record you will need to print it out.

What confuses me is if I would like to apply online do I print, scan than upload the form alongside my application or is this form submitted differently?

If you are submitting a spousal application package then it's a paper application.
