Part 3 Supplementary Information 5562

Hi I have a question about Part 3 Supplementary Information 5562.

Can anybody give me the definitive answer as to whether I have to complete form about 'your travels'. within appendix A it says that only do this part if you are going through the Paris Visa office.

Only spousal applications going through the Paris VO have to complete it.

I think I read that FSW applicants also need to complete this one.

Check your country specific instructions.
