Help with PPR Timeline

Hi All

I got the Ontario Nomination Certificate on 20th Aug 2019 and ITA on 4th Sep 2019. I submitted my file to IRCC on 27th Sep and still waiting for PPR mail.
Need your valuable suggestions and input on when can i expect the PPR Mail, its almost 5 months but still no update.

Below are my timelines.

ITA : 4th Sep 2019
AOR : 27th Sep 2019
Medicals : 18th Oct 2019
Ghost Update : 19 Oct 2019
Biometrics : 21st Oct 2019
Ghost Update : 22nd Feb 2020
Another Ghost Update : 25th Feb 2020

Can anyone tell me when shall i expect the PPR Mail.
