Help- Urgent, letter says i'm no longer eligible for express entry

I got an email this morning saying i'm no longer eligible and the reasons given are:
Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds.

However,
age 39,
ielts scores are: 8.5,8,7.5 and 8 (date of exam result is 16/01/2019)
WES valid till June 2019.
4 yrs working experience
Masters degree
Funds 12700 CAD

What could be the problem?

Hello,
Is your work experience in a noc 0, a or b catagory ?
What is your noc code ?
Is the employment consecutive for at least 1 year i.e you worked 1 consecutive year for all the 4 year period you are claiming points for?
Are you married ? If yes put the funds for 2 people

even that still brings me to 67..which is the cutoff
