I applied TRV online in 2018 with my wife, and we both got approval in 2018.....(Saudi Arabia). but at that moment didn't applied TRV for my new born baby because passport was not issued, and i was not in India that time moment...... so i didn't applied.... but while filling form Family Information i have mention that my baby will be travelling to Canada with us ( and I did mention that in Client Information letter, that we would be taking our baby along with us to Canada)
but we couldn't travel to Canada, because i had to travel somewhere else due to my work trip..... anyways its been 2 years now.
now we are planning to go Canada and me and my wife we both have a TRV till our passport validity.... but our baby doesn't has it.
first of all, i was looking to apply for TRV, but i couldn't found much help, spoke with VFS, they said i have to go with whole process again for even 2 years old...
when i was trying to fill details in immigration form... there are few list of questions....
FORM IMM5257B
(indicate whether you are
1.The principal applicant
or
2.The spouse, common law partner )
what should i select
IMM5257E
(EMPLOYMENT DETAILS) for 2 Years old....
(FUNDS), which funds i should mention?? the ones available in my account.
Family Information Form which has to be sign... should i sign that? or let i put thumb impression of baby???

hi there,
i understand that.....
but im not planning to visit now...
i am planning for next year,
and while i am checking processing times online, it says 177 days...
so i can understand , i might have to wait....
but my question is same .... if anyone else can answer..
The original post mentioned nothing about when the OP was planning to travel or whether the OP was an extended family or any other exemption category so the answer was correct a TRV holder who may not fit in an exemption category cannot currently travel to Canada.
If can you answer the OPs question then feel free to do so

If I had an answer I would have quoted OP's question and answered the same! And my statement is specially regarding the ignorant answers Canuck78 gives whenever there is a question about the family members of a temporary resident in Canada!
