I have 6 months old baby born outside Canada and I have raised a sponsorship visa 1 month ago as I am an eligible sponsor holding PR from past 4 years. I received no acknowledgement from CIC yet. I am starting to feel that the process will take forever and thought of raising a TRV for my child.
*Could you please let me know if it is a good idea to raise TRV after raising sponsorship visa?
*Is there a chance of the passport request for stamping from both the applications?
You may get more help in the Family Sponsorship section of the forum. You can apply for the TRV. Having a current Sponsorship application makes the approval process for the TRV a bit harder but it isn't impossible.
