Thank you very much for your answer, plaese clear me one thing more, i got the IELTS score as below, i am
Moderate in reading and speaking
Basic in listening and writing

IELTS Score
• Reading = 5 Moderate
• Speaking = 5.5 Moderate
• Writing = 5 Basic
• Listening = 5 Basic


how much points i will get 5 or 6 ?

Age = 27

Relative in Canada = Paternal Uncle

English
Reading = Moderate
Speaking = High
Writing = Moderate
Listening = High

French = NO

Marital Status = Single

Experience = More than 3 Years in Software Quality Assurance & Testing of Websites and desktop applications

Suggestion :

1. You must require at lease 1 year work experience under 38 category.

2. You can claim 4 years work experience to get 21 points. You need to adjust the date of sending your full documents on second stage. Because work experience count according to the date of full documents submission.

3. You can take IELTS again to improve your IELTS points. Maximum IELTS points is 16, for that, you require high skill in each of 4 ability of IELTS test.

4. You are still single. Spouse Education will help you to add more points. If spouse is Bachelor then 4 point and Master then 5 more points.

Ya currently my experience is 3 Years and 6 Months. It would be 4 years till Feb 2011. So I will try to improve my IELTS score or try to learn french somehow at beginner level at least ... Ummm to get married is not a bad suggestion but I guess being a single I hope try will be successful
