Educational Qualifications

Hi,

I am Shahid and I am 31 years old. I have 8.5 years of experience in Software Programming. I just completed my IELTS with BAND 7 (L7.5, W7, R7, S7).

I have a question :
I have completed my Engineering degree (Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science) a 4 years course in 3 years due to a diploma I had in Computer Technology.

B.E (Computer Science ) : 75.4% First Class with Distinction, 3 years
D.C.T (Computer Science ) : 88.5% Second class, 2 years

As, you can see I have over all of 5 years of education since my Secondary School. Due to health problems I couldn't attend one of my exams in diploma, but had good percentages in each semester still got second class in Diploma.

Will it be any problems or reduce my credibility of getting second class for applying under FSW ?

FSW is not granted on percentile's and GPA's. The basic requirement is 67 mark out of 100.

Thanks a bunch for taking your time and for the response as well. So what matters is the points I get based on my 3years engineering and 2 years diploma plus (IELTS, Age etc...)

you need experience on the basis of eligible occupations listed by CIC

then you surely have more than 67 points. do apply asap.
