Guys i have a question. Due to absence of present proof of residence in Bangalore i have shown my present and permanent residence in my hometown only for the PCC. So do i also have to do my medical from calcutta since my PCC will be showing my current and present address at my hometown and i am in Bangalore and also since the medical data ia shared by the health institution itself. Will thwre be any anomaly if i do my medical from bangalore.

Doesn't matter where you do your Medical as long as it is a registered panel physician.
