My girl friend worked in Canada with a valid work permit and returned back to her country recently. We are planning to get married but my work permit is getting expired and I have intiated the work permit extenstion. As my work permit processing might take 4 - 5 months, it will be on a implied status.
Can I apply for a dependent visa when my work permit is on implied status?
Is it possible to process a visitor visa for her when my work permit is on implied status?
Is it possible for a friend (who is a canadian citizen) to invite her on visitor visa. Will it cause any problem as she has worked in Canada and recently left Canada?
