Hi Everyone,

Do we have an implied status for visitor visa as well? I am student here and my wife came here on visitor visa, and now we have applied for her work permit, her visa validation expires soon, can she stay as implied status??

Hi

Yes, she will be on Implied Status until she receives a decision on the work permit.
