Help required for CHC Islamabad

CHC, Islamabad relies on automated responses to the emails received. I emailed them today regarding status of my application and their response was (2:50 pm):

Dear Client,

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

But I got sms from Fedex (4 pm - hardly an hour after their reply) stating that I should collect my documents. Therefore, CHC ISB's responses are not reliable.

I f my classes are start in sep 2011 and my application is in process.?

Application submited=31 may
received IN embassy =2 June

classes start in 15 September

NO MEDICAL CALL....

If the process will too late (after 15 september) the same confirmation admission letter will be use or order a new 1?

Inform ur uni that ur late
And if ur intaking next semester then u need another letter from ur uni

Dear Buddy,

Receive an extension letter from Uni. which is for one month or 6 weeks.....

Any way, inform CHC ISB that

File number: ------
UCl: -----
Date of birth: -----
family name: ------
Class start date=xx-xx-xxxx
Extended till = xx-xx-xxxx (if u receive an extension letter)

If they want extension letter hard copy, send them by courier serives....

E-mail them regarding like this.....

What is the status of my application?
