As it is mentioned on London visa office site, I have send an enquiry using the webform. It states clearly that I will receive an automatic message to my email acknowledging that they, visa office, have received my enquiry within 24 hours, but nothing received to my email, knowing that I have entered my email address correctly, and I did fill this webform application twice. What do I have to do? is there something else I have to do? This is the link where you can access the webform:

just another thing regarding this email ( london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca ) do I have to copy it as it is, since it has spaces in between?
Even I have experienced that the auto message is currently not working for some reason. But they have been very prompt in answering my queries. I had not received my POPR in Riyadh which was mailed on the 13th Dec,2010 till I raised an alarm on the 29th Dec,2010, and up comes up the POPR on my mail box on the 30th Dec,2010.
So be patient and give them some time, you will definitely get some response.
