Help regarding non accompanying spouse

My fiance gt PR already and i want to apply express entry. We are getting married soon. So if i apply after i get married and put her as non accompanying spouse, can i still claim points for her english score n education score. Please help as i m in a fix.

Can i apply express entry if i m married to a canadian permanent resident as we dont want to go through sponsorship which is long and complicated.

if you mark her as non accomapiying, you are marked as single and her education/languge/years have nothing to do with your crs.

if she is already a PR., it might be easier for her to sponsor you, than go thru EE.

Sponsorship will take frever. I m on an open wrk permit and wrking in canada fr last one n half year. I wanna try fr express entry
