a friend of mine from TOGO (west africa) living in TOGO just got Quebec selection certificate and applyed for resident permanent visa and it turns out to be that he sent the package at the wrong address (because he just got it bact today).

he sent the package at this address:
HAUT COMMISSARIAT DU CANADA
SECTION DE L'IMMIGRATION
C.P. 1639
ACCRA- GHANA

Is anyone outhere who can provide us with the right one???

Is it possible that missing a letter in address could have caused it to be returned?

nothing was missing he said and they asked him to send the package to sidney, Canada. is that possible in his case???

we checked on cic webside and could not find a place if not the one he has sent it before which the one you just confirm and that is becoming confusing.

Sent you contact info on your other post. Maybe your friend can try calling the numbers there to ask where to send the application package. Was it a Return to Sender"? Your friend has to make sure that the package is complete (every requirement on the checklist submitted), with the correct processing fee. Anyway here's the contact info again:

Accra Screwed up, if the OP's friend has a CSQ then the application goes to Accra not Sydney s/he should include a covering letter stating that s/he is applying under the Quebec program.
