Help please evaluate my points for education

Hello guys,
I would highly appreciate your help on this matter.

my question is:
I am from nursing
so my education as following:
a. 10 years schooling education
b. 3 years proficiency certificate in nursing
c. bachelors degree - 3 yrs in humanity and social science. My bachelor was after my proficiency certificate in nursing. I.e 10 yrs school after this + 3 yrs nursing awarded by university then 3 yrs bachelors awarded by university.
so how much point will i be able to collect from you education is it 20 or 22
bit confused.
I would highly appreciate you help regarding this.
