I have submitted my EE application on 29-APR and received additional document request yesterday. It asks for original documents but does not lists the mailing address. Moreover, it mentions that I have 7 days to submit the documents! I checked MyCIC account and found new upload options for asked additional documents.
I need suggestion whether I need to physically mail those documents to CIC as well? and does anyone know the address to mail original documents.
Documents requested:
1) Self - English test results
2) Self - ECA
3) Spouse - English test results

Make sure you type in your last name and first name correctly while signing
If still doesn't work then try to use first name instead of last name and vice versa.
