Hi! I recently received a passport request from CPC- Ottawa, but I'm not sure how to acquire a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope that delivers between Canada and the USA. I tried using the Canada Post online tool, but I need to be small business owner in order to print a shipping label. I also tried purchasing a prepaid USA Xpresspost envelope, but it only ships within Canada. Is there any other way for me to get one? I wonder if I can send my documents without one?

Thanks!

You could try going to fedex, or another company that delivers in the US.. Just put a prepaid envelope in with envelope you are sending your passport in. I have heard that some places will not mail a passport though, so just say you are mailing documents to avoid any issues.

Thank you! I went to Fedex, and UPS, but they don't have any idea about it. I guess I'll just have to try again and look for another branch.

Are you able to just go to the post office and buy a courier envelope??
