RFV (Ready for Visa) is the letter that allows the outland PR applicant to stamp the one time temporary visa to travel to Canada.
ECOPR is only processed for in-land applicants, never for outland ones.
I personally came across many CEC Inland applicants who were stuck outside Canada due to the long processing times of TRV, in every occasion the applicant was asked to come to Canada and then reply back to the portal email for further processing.
yes thank you! that was my understanding too, untill i stumbled upon that post where the CEC inland and dependent were sent the RFV mail after mentioning they will return in May to the portal 1 email.
Hey @manoj12345 and @Jithu_07
what status does the tracker account show for your dependent under eligibility ???
For me it shows 'not started' and rest everything is completed.
They replied to one of my emails and said the PPR letter was sent on 8th March itself but I don't see anything on my end. The call center agent said for some wired reason this PPR letter is being sent through regular mail, have to wait for it to arrive. Will update when I receive it.

Actually I tried combinations, replied to first email, replied from my spouse email account too, once continued in chain, replied to COPR email. After 5 emails in a span of 7 days they replied to one of my recent email.
I hope you will get your COPR tomorrow, usually Tuesdays I see more movement than Mondays.
Totally forgot to update here. As mentioned in the thread before, after replying to the first email that spouse is outland dependent. They first proceeded with my virtual landing. Received my ecopr in 3-4 days. Then next day letter in gckey addressed to me for passport submission which can be used by the spouse to submit passport.
