Hi there
I got ITA recently ,i have visited US on many occasions by border crossing or by flight for short duration of a few days to few weeks .
I also have many cross border trips to USA for shopping .
My question was .Do these short trips of few hours need to be filled in the forms, since i dont remember them on many occasions .
Thanks
You don't need to remember.
Each of these trips would have been stamped on your passport with a date on both sides of the border. You can verify those dates and enter as needed.
But, yes.. you do need to enter these. If applying under CEC, the time you spent IN CANADA matters. 52 full weeks to be precise.

All crossings are in their computers. I have never had my PP stamped on drives across the border, only when coming in or out via ship or plane. If you decide to apply for a Nexus Pass in the future you will be asked to provide ALL counties you have been to in the past 10 years, so keep a copy of your travel history on file.
