My husband(Indian), who works in US on work permit have got an opportunity to work In Canada. Currently I'm in India. I have certain questions based on work permit in Canada.
1. Can my husband apply work permit for Canada being in US, simultaneously can I apply dependent work permit from India . Or is the application should be together when applying?
2. Is applying dependent work permit in US is easier and takes shorter time than applying from India?
(or)
3. Can I apply dependent visa from India once my husband got an approval of his work permit in Canada ?
Can I travel with "Dependent Status" to Canada and then apply for work permit being in Canada.
