My sponsor did attached the option C print out but she had taken a loan during her studies which she paid back just this year. Now she has attached the option c print out of the last year is that mentioned still on her C form because she just paid it this year. We also forgot to attach the proof of loan amount paid.
Now my question is we have submitted the application CPC M, i wanna know will the application be rejected coz c form shows she has taken the loan. Is there any way we can send the proofs now later but we do not have the file number as yet to refer it. Is it possible to send additional docs to CPC M now. Please guide will our file be sent back as the docs are not complete
I don't think so it could be a problem (only if it is a spouse based application). But you can always sent the proof, there is no problem with that either.
Sponsoring a spouse is different than sponsoring another member of the family class. There is no minimum income requirement, as long as the sponsor does not receive welfare and is not bankrupt. I would maybe keep a copy of the proof of the loan paid in case you are called for an interview, but I don't think you need to be concerned.
Sounds like you're talking about a student loan. Don't be worried. As Cdagal said, there is no minimum income requirement to sponsor your spouse. I was actually a student with a student loan when I sponsored my husband and he is here in Canada now. Don't worry, the loan will have no effect on your application.
Income has no effect on sponsorship approval for a spousal application - as far as the sponsorship application is concerned it's irrelevant. The only requirement is that you're not bankrupt or receiving social assistance. If you have your most recent option C included, but no income at all, you'll be approved.
There is one rare case where the sponsor's income could come into play, and that's if the applicant for some reason was deemed to be unable or unwilling to support themself. There's a requirement under A39 that the applicant be able and willing to support themself, or that sufficient support exists to meet their needs.
So, the sponsor's income could affect the PR application approval, but this is unusual, and would only likely be invoked if the applicant was clearly going to be unable to work for some reason.
