My wife has not yet filled her taxes this year so there is no NoA / Option C for this one. When she called Revenue Canada she was told her address was incorrect and that they would need to send her a form to correct that before they could send her an option C print out. The problem is my FBI Certs are as of right now sixty days old, If we don't send it off soon then they will expire by the time they get to Mississauga. So, If someone on the forums could give me a template on what a letter to CiC explaining why an Option C is not being included..well I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Tell her to complete the form and fax it to them. It shouldn't take long to get the Option C once they have the form with the right address. Usually a week or two.
