Hi All,
I am applying for PR to Canada, but has some queries. After marriage I changed my surname so I also got it changed in my passport.
Now the question is, Will this be an issue while submitting documents, Do I need to submit any supporting for this ?
I have worked in 3 organizations
Educational documents and first 2 organizations experience letters have same name i.e before marriage.
3rd/current organization and passport has name changed i.e after marriage surname.
In Marriage Certificate name change is not there so its with my before marriage name.
How should I proceed with this ?
Thanks All

It good that you have ur name updated in your passport. That is the most authentic proof. So, fill in your documents with the name you have in your passport.
It is always suggested to get your documents updated with the latest changed name. However, for now its good enough to submit whatever documents you have, no matter with maiden name or updated one. Also be sure to attach a cover letter with your application describing the details.

Thanks Navpreet.
I have got my name changed in All Government Id proofs.
Like : Passport, Bank Account, PAN Card, UID Card.
I just have old name in my Educational Docs and 2 Organizations. Which can't be changed ? Will this be a problem ?
There is one separate question:
For Credential Verification, Do I need to send the passport copy also along with transcripts ?

You dont need to send any passport with your marksheets .. WES always mentions name on your educational documents
