Hi guys I am preparing documents for OOPNP. Is the working contract a must for OOPNP? I didn't keep the contract 8 or 10 years ago, because I never thought of immigration at that time. I have the contract for these recent years, but for some reason it's just a very simple contract. Is that OK if I don't submit the contract. But I heard that some guy was asked to submit the contract several months later after he submitted his packet.

Contract isn't required. What is required is a reference letter that clearly mentions your roles and responsibilities and whether it's a full time paid employment or not.

Thank you so much for your reply. But I am talking about documents for OOPNP. The contract seems not a must on the checklist of OOPNP, but I was told by some people that it is very important.

No, It's not required. but if you are short on other information in your reference letters (e.g. it dosen't mention your pay and whether if its a full time job or not) then you can attach it to fulfill those requirements.
