Help! How to answer this?

My son was born in USA and is a US citizen. How should I answer this question as it pertains to him? 'Are you a lawful permanent resident of the USA with a valid US citizenship number?' I was going to put NO, but I just want to be sure.

Valid US citizenship number implies that the answer should be YES as only citizens would have one . . .
