i applied for study visa in may at delhi embassy. I recieved my passport back on 2nd july. When i opened the courier i saw there was a passport and a piece of paper saying that the decision will be sent on your email. But till today i havent recievd any email of decision from embassy. Please help me

Sorry to say this but it is a rejection. You will have to link your application with the help of gc key on cic website. There you would get a PDF in which reasons of refusal would be ticked.

I read your previous comment on another thread that your agent was saying that you will get an approval email lateron for resubmitting your passport again for visa. It's lie . If cic wanted to approve,they would have done it straight away instead of returning your passport with a slip in it.

But on vfs site there is written that canada embassy new delhi has started new system of emailing decision. There is written if you not find visa affixed to passport decision will be sent on given email

Thats a rejection, if they granted the vida there would be no reason to give you back the passport then ask for it again. Try linking again, donyou have a copy of your application form? You must enter everything exactly the same. Try the different verification options.

@dhanoa : try linking your application to GCkey, but you can only do that if you have applies via paper.
otherwise if online then its fine.
Do not jump to a conclusion yet. What if you have to get a decision yet.
if you have applies through consultant ask him as well

I called my consultants this morning. They said they have linked the paper application to online account. Its shows decision by mail there . Should u wait for some time??

There is no need to panic, that's a refusal.. try to request for your gcms notes
