Help Getting Started- Applying for PNP (ONIP) Via FSW (LMIA)- 2019.

Hi,

I have a couple of questions regarding PNP/PR...

1. What are the processing times to get a Ontario PNP after an LMIA is approved and a job offer is made?
2. Are the PNPs the same for the paper-based and express entry routes for PR? (i.e. do you get the pnp/noi and then choose to go express entry or paper-based?)
2. If I do not qualify for Express Entry and have to take the non-express entry, paper-based route how long will it take to get a PR in total (with the Ontario PNP)? Do I have to be in Ontario working while this is happening or can I delay the Lmia job until I get PR?

Any help would be much appreciated!

With you age, education and CLB 7, I don't think you'll get 67 points under the six selection factor, which means you probably don't qualify for FSW.

If you are able to secure a LMIA, which is not an easy thing to do, you could look into paper based foreign worker stream under OINP.
