My father is going to get retired after two months ..He wanted to have a short vacation overseas . We have attached his NOC, bank statement, IT's , property papers and an invitation letter from a family friend ....

Just wanted to ask, After getting visa approved,, are my parents bound to visit Canada in a short while ...?? I mean what if they decide to postpone their plan for now for few months .....

Thanks for replying...actually my father is in a government job and he had given noc and leave letter which had dates mentioned on also ...also the sponsor letter had similar dates ....so I was wondering if he has to go within this month or next...
