Hi! A friend of my hubby asked us for help to prepare their Sponsorship application. They are planning to apply in a few months. PA is from China, she has a 4 years old kid from a previous marriage. She has the sole custody of the kid. She divorced and got married with my husband's friend. Does she needs to fill the 5604 even when she has the sole custody of the kid?
Also her sponsor (my husband's friend) is currenlty living and working in China. Does he needs to send the NOA or just a letter explaning how he plans to support himself, and the sponsored person once they arrive to Canada?
