Help - Assessment of Eligibility Question

Hi Folks!

I am applying for citizenship and have a question about the dates I need to put in Eligibility Section. I had a student visa and work permit before becoming a PR.

I am not sure what dates I need to put in for "Date your status was obtained effective" and "Dates your status expired". I had status in Canada even before the 5 Year eligibility period so should I putting my status only for 5 year eligibility period or also preceding the 5 years.

Please let me know.

Just put the date when you obtained the status you had at the beginning of the eligibility period. It doesn't matter if it was older than 5 years ago.
