Help! About IMM5532; Part A;Q1: sponsor's employment history

Hi my dear friends in this forum,

When I'm filling in the imm5532,part A, Q1, I'm totally confusing.
It's true that I'm self-employed and I also have a business, but this business is mostly a sales business, so I didn't use this business name to do my construction work; I did the work under my name and I've already used this way for my tax last year.
However, they are asking: if you were self-employed, white the name of your business and the date it was established.
What should I do?
