hello everyone ,
I have a question to clear up my doubts , my wife is canadian by descent (through father as a first generation born abroad ) , me and her have a child together (which means my child is subsequent generation) .
My question is does my son have a right for applying immediately for Permanent Residency , can my wife apply for my son immediately .

I'm not sure what you mean by applying for permanent residency immediately.
Both you and your son need to be sponsored for PR through the family sponsorship program. In order for your application to be approved, your wife must demonstrate that you have plans to relocate to Canada as soon as your PR vias are approved.

oh thanks a lot for reply no by immediately i meant a faster way so she can take our son faster because my wife is crying alot for her son miss him a lot , anyways the law is there we can not complain..

You can apply for a TRV for the child. If the TRV is approved, the child can be brought to Canada as a visitor while PR is processed. Otherwise you have to wait until PR is approved.
