i am bestjan , from kosovo i was born 19 June 1996.
My father was naturalized canadian citizen before i was born (now he is deceased since january 28, 2018) .
I was born outside of canada and never been to canada before .
Do i have the right of canadian citizenship by descent .
Please let me know .

Yes, you are a Canadian citizen by descent.
