Hi all! three days before my hearing, we have been notified that the hearing is postponed- no date was given. It has been two week so far and have not heard anything new about a new date. Does anyone been such a situation or know someone been through same thing? When do they usually provide a new date?Thanks

i got my hearing postponed twice,first in 2006 an in 2007 i then only got a hearing in 2009!hope that wont be the same for yu,consider this it could be for a good as in my case my lawyer says the judge that was assign to my case would have reject me because he was very mean when i got my hearing date he was no longer my judge.... 
hi I have the same issue and I contacted my lawyer
He said "With respect to time lines for your hearing, we have been waiting for many months for IRB to reschedule hearings...However I know they have hired 30 new members...Many of them are still in training but hopefully that means a faster rescheduling."
This was the reply I got from him.
