My LAYWER INFORMED ME THAT
We just received this correspondence from IRB, they have postponed your hearing due to operational limitations. They will communicate with us once a new hearing has been scheduled.
WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT DATE COULD BE EXPECTED. IT WAS 28TH OF JULY.
THANKS
OK, that was very normal ... and each one got like this .. don't worry
Just wait a new date and follow it ..
in Canada you have to be patient
In which province? It is sad to know that.
My hearing is on 2nd August, I hope they don't postpone it. Let's see
If it is your first hearing appointment I would prepare your case but also expect that it will be rescheduled.

You can ask your lawyer because the wait keeps changing as the volume of asylum seekers increases. Seems like 6-12 months after entering Canada seems most likely.
