Health Check Question

So my wife and I got her application linked online and are workig on the schedule A now as per the notice we received. She is from South Korea. I noticed on her application status page though it says under health check "We don't require a health check at this time. We will contact you if this changes." Does this mean she might not have to do a health check? She is wondering when to get it as the hospital in Seoul where they are done is busy so she wanted to make an appointment.

That line just means that they are not requesting it yet. She will most definitely require a medical but can't make an appointment until she actually receives the request from IRCC.
