My wife did her medical test in Busan, South Korea. She was given an eMedical form with her picture and a barcode on the top. On the bottom it says, " You have not yet provided online consent for eMedical to process your health examinations."
Do we just submit this paper as it is, or do we need to somehow provide online consent?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I cant remember what our said but I'm sure if you went to one of the approved physicians on the website you should be ok if you send in that paper with your application. I had no problems with ours.
Thanks a lot. That's what I thought. Appreciate the help
The printout they gave me states the same line. I'd like to know if it is normal or there is something to be done. Thanks
