Hi mr.preetsingh, when I called the IRCC, the agent said my background check is ongoing. I think the reason why I did not received biometric request, it is because our biometrics will expire 2029. I wonder if you have any idea how long background checks will take? And what happens after that? Thank you so much for your input.
Biometric for Spouse in June 2022, which means your security, criminality, eligibility has just started... and you should expect an update in a month now... This is the time where if you can call IRCC and get hold on to an agent, you can ask what's the status on all eligibility factors....

Criminality means Biometrics are good, that's it. They are clearing backlogs and since you are June 2020 applicant, you should be in line of processing.

Do outside canada applicants included in that excemption?because in my gckey account, it states, you don't need medical...so, is it true that I dont need a medical, though I am an applicant outside canada?

Im inside applicant, when we submitted our documents, we submitted at the same time our upfront medical. Also, our biometrics will expire on 2029. I hope and pray they will no longer ask for medical. But should also be okay if they will. Been 7 months since the request of updated documents which was acknowledged by IRCC 3 months later. Im just expecting that they will give us update on the 31st monthsary of our application. It is just frustrating to hold on to broken promises and false hopes brought to us by the public policy. This is just like a torture. Sorry for airing this out.

my wife is the principal, me and my son (4yrs old) is dependent, my wife received approval letter and pre arrival, but it is weird my wife is the principal but I receive the PPR first, it's already a month but my wife and my son don't received PPR. what should we do?? is this ok?
