Haven't received an email with Oath Ceremony Instructions

I just logged in on my IRCC account and saw that my oath ceremony was booked but I havent received an email with the instructions for the ceremony. Checked my spam but nothing. They booked the ceremony on August 16 and now it is the 18 and no email. Is anyone in similar situation and what should I do. I already submitted an specific case inquire but saw it can take 30 days to hear back from them and that is after the oath ceremony
