My citizenship tracker shows that the citizenship ceremony is not started and I haven't received any email of invitation to the Oath and the ceremony. However, I just received an email of instructions how to download citizenship e-certificate. Is it a normal step?
Cause I really feel that it does not make any sense why they send the email of instructions but I haven't done the ceremony. Is there anyone in the same situation?

How does IRCC decide who to invite for oath and who to put on hold if a bunch of applications are approved?
Im noticing something weird for same office some people get invited for oath and some are put on hold. Definitely not based on application date / AOR. Just trying to understand how the selection is done
I called ircc they told me my application is approved but oath not scheduled yet. But I can see other people got oath scheduled (Same office with AOR before or after and LPP completed before or after)

Truly speaking I don't know. It took them 4 months to schedule my oath when everything was completed and approved. Just that my application went in a black hole and it took multiple emails, calls and email to MP office for them to pickup it up and schedule my oath.
