i got sinp after i submitted my wp extension (applied on the basis of sinp processing , not lmia) , and today i got message that wp is refused and should apply for restoration..i don't know how much time it takes for restoration now...will i be getting open work permit on the basis of sinp??
Call CIC and talk to them. I think since now u have SINP approval u can apply your restoration to a worker again. I am not 100% sure, its better to call them and ask. Call morning around 8 so that the call waiting time wouldnt be too long.

yeah thanks, already called them , they told me to apply restoration, but now the new issue of employer compliance came up., they need to pay fees ($230) and also submit compliance forms, the process is getting too tough.

What is a employer compliance? I am not very sure of it. I am applying for the work permit now by sending the documents to NY. Do i need to do anything extra?
if any employer has hired an LMIA excempt foreign worker( basically pgwp guys) , then when that person wants to extend the work permit, they need to attach employer compliance form ( which has to be submitted by employer to CIC, before the foreign worker applies for work permit extension, and its copy given to employee) and also receipt of employer compliance fee of $230.
without that the application may be refused.
