Anyone got any news about PR visa granted lately by Havana?

I really hope they get back to granting them soon . With all the really fast visas I was hopeful that it would be before christmas , our file has been in processing since July 29 in Havana. But I am losing hope .... it seems so quiet lately

Does anybody know when embassy asks for a new police check, do we have to go there and give it in person or can it be sent via email to them back? Thanks

My husband dropped his Police Certificate off at the Havana Embassy. He did fax a copy of his new schedule "A" to them stating that he would bring the original when he came for interview. I suppose you could do the same just make sure you have a cover letter explaining that you will bring the original.

My spouse delivered personally the original Police Check the same week she got it. We thought it's better to give the Embassy what they asked right away. They took it and put it together with the other documents. It was less hassle for us.

We have had our file in Havana since April 6th 2016 and our interview since August 4th 2016 and we just gave them a new criminal check Sept 12th 2016 handed in and we are still waiting. :'( : ???
